Returns:
All requests for returns must be authorized by Mountain Products Corp.
Return authorization numbers must appear on the package or it will
be refused. A 25% resticking charge will be applied.
Guarantee:
All products are guaranteed to your complete satisfaction. Claims
that our products do not fulfill our representations when given normal
and proper usage and when owned by the original purchaser, must be
made within two weeks after arrival of product. We reserve the right
to make adjustments on accounts only. Our liability is limited only
to the value of goods sold.
Prices:
Prices subject to change without notice. Misprints in catalogue are
subject to correction.
Claims:
Shortages or deductions must be reported within 48 hours from receipt
of order. Goods lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility
of the carrier.
